What do these error codes mean?

21F0E2: → No start release - often ISN problem
21F102: → Immobilizer active - synchronization error
21F1E0: → EME fault - may be hardware problem
21E973: → Temperature sensor signal: short circuit to B+
21F159: → No communication with EME module
2223A8: → EME Internal fault (electric machine inverter)

In many cases, these problems can be fixed without replacing the module.
